Roger Parry & Partners lettings department was established over 30 years ago by Roger Parry and Peter Lowarch. We manage an array of properties from apartments in the town centre, cottages on farms, to rural properties with land covering Shropshire and mid Wales. We offer rental valuations free of charge and can assist you in preparing your property to rent. We offer a ‘fully managed’ or ‘tenant find’ service – you can find further details on our services and fees by speaking to a member of our team or on our website.
We understand that every landlord has different needs, and our efficient team ensure those needs are met. We will keep you up to date with ever-changing legislations and ensure your rental property is compliant. Members of RICS, Propertymark, Property Ombudsman as well as Rent Smart Wales, your property will be in the best hands. Our Lettings team are there for your tenants 24 hours a day with our outof- office emergency line and a dedicated team of contractors ready to attend your property.

We are a firm of chartered surveyors offering a range of property surveys to suit your requirements. Our RICSaccredited property surveyors have the experience and local knowledge necessary for producing high-quality, detailed, and informative reports.
As well as assisting you in choosing the appropriate survey and providing a written report, your assigned surveyor will be on hand to verbally discuss the report with you, as well as advise on any further queries you may have.
